I have 5 phones on my plan. I called a verizon rep to ask how I could save on my bill. She told me I could save $20/month by switching from the 2000 min plan to the unlimitted. My next bill was $160 more than I expected because she never informed me about the $40/line additional fee for making the change. The supervisor wouldn't credit me the money and instead said that her notes tells her that the agent did inform me about this (which she didn't otherwise I wouldn't have changed. Yeah, I'm not stupid!) But anyway the girls who sold me on the plan obviously did the right then, because it was in the supervisor's notes (sarcasm obviously!). So becareful I have been a faithful verizon customer for over 5 years. I have always paid on time, and I have bills ranging from $300-1500/month. I would have expected better treatment.
